The next Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid Symposium (HSM) will be held on Saturday, 24 February 2024, starting at 9:00, CET, in the Hörsaal der Kinderklinik at Lindwurmstraße 4, 80337 Munich.
The topic of the symposium is "People with Disability in Humanitarian Crises."
The symposium will take place in hybrid format, where in presence as well as online invited speakers will present their work and expertise on the topic throughout a full day program. Participants will also able to join the symposium in presence and online.
The sessions of the symposium will bring a global perspective into the topic by having speakers who are scholars as well as practitioners from the fields of humanitarian aid, development cooperation, and global health. Additionally, different Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) will be present in the symposium's exhibition area, which provides an opportunity to exchange knowledge and experiences as well as to get in touch with a great variety of institutions.
HSM 2024 is applying for CME credits by the Bavarian Medical Chamber.
