The Medical Education Team at CIHLMU is seeking a motivated and reliable Student Assistant to support ongoing projects and daily operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in the area of global health within an international and dynamic environment.

Your responsibilities include:

• Assisting in the organization and coordination of projects
• Helping with data entry, presentations and statistics
• Assisting in financial reporting and documentation
• Contributing to creative tasks such as layout or visual design (e.g., using Canva)

• Enrolled as a student at a German university (required)

• Strong interest in global health topics
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Confident in using MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with design tools such as Canva or similar platforms
• Very good English skills (spoken and written) and good German skills
• Experience with Moodle or other learning management systems is considered an advantage
