Professionalisation of medical education, professional development and capacity building for health professions are key factors for a sustainable development of health care systems worldwide.
The International Academic Teacher Training Course for Health Professions (ATTC) in Munich is part of Continuous Professional Development and a mandatory faculty development program of the medical faculty of LMU Munich. It is offered by CIH and the Institute of Medical Education and is embedded in a strong network with international partner institutions.

The most important data for you at a glance:

  • Preparation and wrap-up tasks: self-directed before starting the course, during, and after the online course week in March

  • Synchronous Online Kick-Off-Meeting: via Zoom, Friday, January 29th, 2027 (from 8:30 am to 14:30 pm CET)

  • Live Online Course: via Zoom, from March 8th to 12th, 2027 (Monday to Friday from 08:30 am to 14:30 pm CET )

  • Transfer part: self-directed practical application and evaluation of the new learning concept during the summer term 2027

  • Final Online Symposium "Excellence and Innovation in Medical Teaching": July 30th, 2027
