MoDITeM
MoDITeM is a pilot initiative focused on modern and interactive teaching methods, designed to train university educators in health and related fields to develop effective virtual instruction. In 2021, the program trained future tutors at Universidad de San Carlos (Guatemala) and Universidad San Francisco Xavier (Bolivia), enabling local continuation of the course.
Currently in its second version (MoDITeM 2.0), over 50 educators from the Faculty of Agricultural Sciences at USFX participate, supported by 9 tutors. The program helps educators transition from traditional in-person teaching to virtual learning, fostering innovative solutions to local challenges, particularly during COVID-19.
