Compliance
The term "compliance" describes acting in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. It was coined worldwide in connection with the prevention of corruption, but does not only refer to measures against corruption. Rather, compliance encompasses adherence to all relevant laws, regulations and internal guidelines and procedures.
Above all, we take preventive action to ensure that all conduct is legally compliant. Our aim is to strengthen trust in the work of the LMU Klinikum, to avoid potential harm to the LMU Klinikum, employees and patients and to preserve the good reputation of the LMU Klinikum.
