The Project Office staff unit is organizationally assigned to the Commercial Director and is responsible for strategic project planning and the implementation of operational measures as well as the following areas in particular:

• the preparation/implementation of Management Board resolutions
• project management, project coordination and project support in interdisciplinary cooperation at KUM
• support for internal and external cooperation issues
• standardization and the development and expansion of project management at KUM

The Project Office sees itself as a service provider for the successful implementation of projects at the University Hospital of Munich. The given complex structures require professional and innovative project management. Our aim is to find practicable solutions for this.
