As a public law institution with legal capacity, LMU Klinikum München is committed to respecting human rights and environmental protection obligations both in its own business area and within its supply chains.
All employees of the LMU Klinikum and its subsidiaries are required to observe the principles of ecological, social and ethical behavior in their daily work. The LMU Klinikum also expects its suppliers of goods and services to respect these principles and has drawn up a Code of Conduct for Contractors adopted in this regard.
The LMU Klinikum is aware of its own responsibility and implements various duties of care in order to fulfill its commitment. A detailed overview of this can be found in our declaration of principles anchored.
To implement the due diligence obligations, the LMU Klinikum has prepared activity reports for the financial years 2023 and 2024 have been prepared.

Complaints Procedure
Possible violations of the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) by the LMU Klinikum itself, including its subsidiaries and/or its direct and indirect suppliers can be reported as part of a complaints procedure. The procedure is accessible to all persons, i.e. both employees of the companies concerned and external persons can submit complaints. The detailed process of the procedure is set out in our rules of procedure (available under "Report a complaint" below). Complaints can be submitted either anonymously or confidentially in a variety of languages using the button/link below. It is also possible to submit a complaint by post or email (see Rules of Procedure).
