Your well-being and satisfaction are the most important goals of our work. We want to provide you with the best possible medical and nursing care.
The Central Complaints Management is a staff unit of the Medical Directorate of the LMU Clinic and is exclusively responsible for receiving verbal and written complaints from patients and relatives.
Data transmission on the Internet (e.g. when communicating by e-mail) cannot guarantee complete data security due to security gaps. It is therefore not possible for us to completely protect data from access by third parties. In particular, it cannot be ruled out that unencrypted e-mails can be read by unauthorized persons during transmission. For this reason, e-mails containing personal data (applications, patient documents, doctor's letters, findings, etc.) will be deleted immediately in accordance with the provisions of the GDPR in compliance with data protection regulations.
We kindly ask for your understanding. Please contact the clinic/department responsible for you directly with your patient records.
