As a staff unit of the Medical Directorate and thus of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, we provide significant support for the strategic and operational development of the LMU Klinikum.

Through well-founded analyses, concepts and recommendations for action, we contribute as a driving force to making the organization of medical care fit for the future. We act as an agile interface between medicine, nursing, economics and technology and support transformation projects that aim to make the medical organization as a whole more agile, efficient and innovative.

Medical Organizational Development (MOE) thus has the task of continuously optimizing medical processes, structures and interdisciplinary cooperation at LMU Klinikum.
