The Strategic Corporate Management department advises and supports the Executive Board in the medical and commercial development of the LMU Klinikum. This includes both strategic and operational corporate management in the form of strategy development and strategy implementation. The staff unit reports directly to the Executive Board.

Sustainability Officer
Sustainability Management develops the sustainability strategy and initiates and coordinates interdisciplinary projects to further integrate sustainability aspects into the clinical and administrative areas and processes of the hospital. In addition, Sustainability Management prepares the greenhouse gas balance and the sustainability report, coordinates the internal sustainability network and is the point of contact for internal and external inquiries relating to sustainability at LMU University Hospital.
