Remuneration for short-term assumption of services in all areas
The short-term assumption of duties represents an additional burden for employees in nursing and functional services. In order to create monetary compensation, a staggered bonus system was developed at the LMU Clinic.
- Short-notice = cover is provided within 3 days after notification by the supervisor(s) (shift supervisor in case of absence)
- Stand-in between Monday and Friday: €75
- Stand-in on weekends and public holidays: 125€ (weekend: Fri ND to incl. Sun ND)
- Max. 5 stand-in shifts per month, unless provided for in the duty roster
- No reduction due to part-time work
