The Hauner Nursing Day, which took place on May 13, 2025 in the Friedrich von Gärtner Hall at St. Vinzenz Haus under the patronage of Princess Ursula of Bavaria, provided around 200 participants with an enriching day full of inspiration, specialist knowledge and valuable exchanges. This was followed on July 11 by the first careers day for nursing staff at LMU Klinikum, which was a resounding success. Over 100 interested people took the opportunity to find out more about the diverse fields of work and development opportunities in around 20 specialist areas of nursing and functional services. Both events underlined how varied and demanding the nursing profession is. You can find out which topics were particularly important and what the biggest questions for the future of the profession are in our cover stories in the new issue.
