The Department of Clinical Pharmacology has been providing a consultation service for the hospital since 1998. This service is available exclusively to licensed physicians.

We provide expert advice on the following topics:

1. Mechanisms of action of medicinal products

2. Mechanisms and incidence of adverse drug reactions

3. Drug interactions

4. Pharmacokinetics

5. Evidence-based pharmacotherapy and pharmacoeconomics

We visit all wards of the Department of Internal Medicine IV every Wednesday between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM.

Urgent inquiries from physicians can be submitted at any time by telephone or email.

Please note that we do not provide consultations or respond to inquiries from patients regarding their individual drug therapy.
