Virtual University of Bavaria (vhb)
The Bavarian Virtual University (vhb) is the joint virtual campus of the Bavarian universities and universities of applied sciences and promotes both the development and implementation of cross-university online teaching. The joint institution is supported by nine universities, 17 universities of applied sciences and six other universities in Bavaria. Its target groups are students, teachers and universities.

CLASSIC vhb - earn ECTS points for your studies
The CLASSIC vhb courses are online events to supplement your on-campus studies. Lecturers at 32 universities in Bavaria develop and supervise the courses, which are available free of charge to all students at the sponsoring universities - regardless of their degree course. Other interested parties can use the courses for a fee.
Since 2015, the Institute of General Practice has been offering the two vhb courses "Vaccination? A building block of prevention" and "Shared decision making - part of evidence-based practice?". These are accredited with 3 ECTS (2 SWS). For this, 60% of the cases must be answered correctly, but the courses can be repeated as often as required. The certificate is issued automatically via CASUS. If you have any questions, please contact Linda.Sanftenberg@med.uni-muenchen.de
Since the summer semester 2021, we have also been supporting the joint vhb course "Functional Body Complaints", which is supervised by the Clinic and Polyclinic for Psychosomatic Medicine and Psychotherapy at the Klinikum rechts der Isar.
Further information can be found on the vhb website(open.vhb.org) or directly on the corresponding page in the OPEN vhb course overview https://open.vhb.org/blocks/ildmetaselect/detailpage.php?id=215. To take part in the course, you must register once with the vhb. The course is free of charge and participation is voluntary.
