The first 16 POKAL finalists celebrated the completion of their DFG Research Training Group at the end of June at the Protestant Academy in Tutzing. The exciting results from three years of general medical research on depression were all brought together. A special part was the Citizen Science event together with the Academy and the Foundation for General Practice: citizens joined us in classifying the significance of this work for those affected. The idyllic setting of the Academy provided an inspiring backdrop, which encouraged both scientific exchange with each other and with the public.
