At the invitation of the assistant doctors in the LMU GP 360° leadership program, Minister of State Melanie Huml informed herself about the program on 20.11.2019. The opportunities and obstacles of the numerous support measures to combat the shortage of GPs in Bavaria were also discussed in person. Among other things, the Minister conveyed the expectation to the prospective general practitioners that tomorrow's leaders in medicine will not only need comprehensive professional expertise, but also a special empathy for their patients.
