Around 60 participants from GP practices, clinics and research attended the launch of LMU insights General Practice on 16.07.2025 -- for two compact training impulses and an intensive exchange with colleagues.

The focus was on the topics of multimedication and deprescribing: How can complex drug combinations be handled in everyday practice? When is less more? Prof. Dr. Tobias Dreischulte and PD Dr. Cornelius Schüle provided scientifically sound and practical perspectives on this topic.

The exchange at the information stands, for example on the current DOOR study, was also very well received. The interdisciplinary participation was particularly pleasing: Colleagues from the GP sector, further training, teaching and research practices, as well as pharmacies and students were all represented.

The pleasant atmosphere in the Gärtnersaal and the lively break with discussions in the inner courtyard of the St. Vinzenz Haus further enriched the evening.
