Mission statement development for our institute
Together with all employees, we have developed a mission statement for our institute in three workshops. A mission statement acts as an internal and external communication tool. It should serve as orientation and motivation for us employees; externally, it should show what we stand for. In the three workshops, we thought about what values are important to us and what vision we have for our institute and what steps are necessary to turn these into reality (mission). In small groups, the five main areas of research, teaching, management, network and the future of general practice were examined in more detail. The exciting exchange with colleagues provided a great deal of inspiration.
