Project management

Implementation

Requirements are planned and processed using agile project management (APM) and the Kanban method for process optimization.

Incoming requirements from the hospital's facilities are

  • collected on an ongoing basis
  • estimated in regular planning meetings in terms of effort
  • prioritized
  • implemented in 3-week cycles

During the implementation work

  • the project members coordinate in short, daily stand-up meetings in front of the team work board or show development progress or problems on

At the end of the development period, there is

  • a project review so that clients can approve the work results
  • an internal team review (retrospective), which optimizes future collaboration
  • a meeting to plan the next work packages for the following 3 weeks (sprint planning)
